A change in the consumer habit has to start with a change with our closest stakeholders our employees. The challenge here was of making employees adopt the digital way of banking- to make employees falling in love with the process so that they in turn can make customers fall for it.

Solution

A hashtag was created to run through the entire campaign called #Ilovedigitalbanking where a certain buzz was created within the employees that digital banking is coming to their premises and how they were welcome to come fall in love with digital banking. Employees were invited to experience the apps and other services themselves and use them effectively for their daily needs.
