Objective

While very well-established on the business front, we wanted the brand to also be well-defined amongst internal and external audiences.

Solution

We took up the challenge to discover the ethos of the brand and to translate its values to internal stakeholders and external customers. The Brand Discovery workshop created by UCID was attended by top management and helped etch a strong brand identity in alignment with the brand essence. Through the workshop exercise, a clear brand voice was established, that would reflect across all touchpoints- brand website, environment branding, customer engagement, etc. The strategic communication would translate into the right brand experience for Airpay customers and lay the foundation for long-term brand growth.
